Syracuse Developmental Services Office (SDSO). Various projects from 1993 to 1995 Craig provided Professional Architectural services for approximately twelve Home Modifications and several Feasibility Studies for new Group Homes. These services provided renovations to existing residences for handicapped accessibility so that people could be reintergrated into the community as the Syracuse Developmental Center was closing. Oneida Indian Nation - Hotel Patio Suites: Provides for redesign of suites 200 & 201 into a single deluxe suite. Other suites followed and lead to upgraded star rating of Casino Hotel.
Oneida Indian Nation Inn at Turning Stone: Provided complete range of Architectural Services to develop the following: A new breakfast room adjacent to the remodeled Main Lobby; Installed recessed terminals at the main desk; a new laundry chute; and expanded storage area at end of corridor. Project completed on time and below budget of $41K.
Oneida Indian Nation Phase III Planning: Together with Bob Frish and Richard Carey, completed study to develop a strategic long range plan for the Turning Stone Resort Casino. The result was a set of schematic plans to show various stages of development. This project was deferred to allow completion of Phase I documents (Shenendoah Clubhouse and the Gaming Expansion).

Fayetteville Senior Center Kitchen, Fayetteville, NY This Municipal Project is partly funded through Community Development funds which means that it is a prevailing wage job with multiple prime contractors. All state rules regarding MBE/WBE participation apply to this $100,000 project. The Senior Center serves as a drop in center for area seniors and provides lunch to low income individuals. Despite the complexity of this job, it was bid out and built under an accelerated schedule.

Oneida Indian Nation - Relocation of Nation Police: Provided schematic design and Design Development for the relocation of the Police Department into the Canastota Facility formally used by Indian Country Today and Oneida Textile Design. Tom Shickle completed working drawings. Project Budget was $302K.
Oneida Indian Nation - Main Street Office Renovation: This project involved renovation of the former Hatfield Building. Existing space was initially designed for Retail Department. It was then designed for the Graphics Department and finally for relocation of Member Services.
Oneida Indian Nation - Construction Office Renovations: Provided Schematic Design to develop the house on Snyder Road into the new consolidated Construction office. Project was deferred.
Oneida Indian Nation - CAFM Space Tracking: Was part of discernment team that lead to selection of Archibus software. Helped organize and transmit CADD files to consultant Tecton for use in phase one demonstration to senior management.

Harvey Bankroft Building, MCARC, Onieda, NY Madison County ARC Main Offices and Intergenerational Daycare Facility in Oneida, NY. This project converted an existing industrial building into a 12,835 square foot facility to serve the needs of this agency which supports people with developmental disabilities. Craig was involved in every phase of this half a million dollar project, from preliminary design and programming to obtaining the special use permit through construction and occupancy. As part of this project, a detailed site plan and landscaping plan was prepared by this firm.

Unity Mutual Office Building, Syracuse, NY. Worked on the design development team for this three story office complex. Project was part of the Franklin Square redevelopment and featured custom precast concrete panels with brick infill as facade treatments. Syracuse Eye Center Expansion, 612 University Ave., Syracuse, NY. Was Project Architect for the preparation of a preliminary design package for this 71,850 Sq. Ft., six story, two phase addition to the existing 5,040 Sq. Ft. Eye Center. Also included a 374 space parking garage. Oneida Indian Nation - Dreamcatcher Plaza Renovation
Oneida Indian Nation - Miscellaneous Office Moves: this project consisted of relocation of various departments in preparation for the removal of the Temporary Building. Due to the tight schedule, late approvals, and time and material construction contract, most of this work was done “on-the-fly”. Overall project was completed below budget of $182K. This project included the following moves:
Graphics Department Relocation: Actually designed three complete sets of plans for three different locations, the former Police Substation, the former Hatfield Building, and the Annex Offices.
Construction and Development Department Moves: Involved total redesign of Ames Office partition layout to accommodate combined department from Annex and Temporary Building locations.
Internet Services and Risk Management Departments: Relocated within Ames Office layout.
Human Resources: Relocated department from Turning Stone to Ames Office location.
Table Game Repair, Card & Dice Punch, Shreader: Located from temporary building to Special Events area.
Shoppes at Turning Stone: Renovated existing Retail space for new office space and display area.
Purchasing Department: Relocated to allow for expanded MIS Department.
Marketing Department: Relocated to former HR Training office.
MIS Department, Supervisor’s Office off Gaming Floor, and TSCR Facilities Department Move: These moves were sketched by Ed Jendry. These were included in bid package. Note that several preliminary design’s were created prior to Ed’s involvement to lay out possible use of the West Wing at Ames Plaza.

North Medical Atrium Café, West Taft Rd., Liverpool, NY. Was Project Manager for this renovation of a courtyard within an existing building to a two story atrium with a mezzanine. Under the mezzanine we designed a cafeteria-style serving area and kitchen. The design featured a curved stair, planters, and a large skylight above. While employed at Dal Pos Architects.
Miami Valley Mall Leasing, Piqua, Ohio Was Project Architect to provide complete lease drawings for 125,000 Sq. Ft. leasable mall. All drawings were computer generated and featured intelligent symbols so that exact areas could be calculated as the lease plan was revised and dimension control plans were issued. While employed at Dal Pos Architects.

H.E.L.P. Building, Syracuse, NY H.E.L.P. stands for "Help for Ex-offenders and Low Income People" a program run by Richard Keough. Mr. Keough trains ex-offenders to fix discarded appliances that are in turn sold to low income people who could not afford new ones. Craig provided professional services so that this 17,600 square foot facility could meet minimum code requirements. The renovations permitted office space to be leased to The Learning Place which provides tutoring to area residents.

Oneida Indian Nation - Code Compliance Inspections: Provide ongoing advise and analysis with regard to Code issues for various facilities and departments. Fill in for Code Enforcement Officer, Mark Sternberg when he is not available. Example would be study of the Marshall & Houseman building for warehouse use.
Oneida Indian Nation - Lacrosse Box Improvements: Created plan to help facilities make changes to existing box.
Oneida Indian Nation - Fire Protection Evaluation at TSCR: Created CADD based multicolored drawings to illustrate fire protection information that was hand drawn on Turning Stone plans for emergency response.
Oneida Indian Nation - Golf Maintenance Restroom: Designed by Snyder, this bathroom and septic system was coordinated and bid with the Overhead door below. Issued front end specifications.

VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION
Midstate Elevator Co. Inc., Syracuse, NY. As Project Manager for this company, he was responsible for the design development, production of shop drawings, and construction management of over 150 elevator installations throughout New York State. Developed a standard two-stop holeless hydraulic elevator package which could be produced at less cost than the national competition. Provided design concepts for many unique elevator installations. Worked directly with clients throughout the construction process to solve problems and provide job coordination and technical assistance. With this hands-on experience, he understands the needs and requirements for coordinating any type of elevator or escalator installation.
Carousel Center, Syracuse, NY. Was Project Architect in charge of vertical transportation for this 1,400,000 Sq. Ft. Regional Mall. Coordinated the design and installation of 36 escalators and 24 elevators including the 4 glass feature elevators in the center court. Also helped draft and coordinate the 105 sheets of architectural drawings for this project. While employed at Dal Pos Architects.
